Description
The Flysky FS-i6S represents a significant step forward in entry-level radio design, replacing traditional physical buttons and bulky bodies with a streamlined, smartphone-inspired aesthetic. At its core, the system utilizes the Automatic Frequency Hopping Digital System (AFHDS 2A) protocol, which ensures a stable, interference-free connection by hopping between 16 channels across a 140-channel range.
The standout feature is its 3-inch backlit capacitive touchscreen, which allows users to navigate menus, adjust trims, and set up complex flight parameters with simple taps and swipes. Despite its minimalist exterior, the FS-i6S is highly functional, offering 10 channels of control, support for multiple flight modes, and a dedicated micro-USB port for easy firmware updates or use with PC flight simulators. Its ergonomic “gamepad” style grip makes it comfortable for extended flying sessions, while the integrated dual omnidirectional antennas provide robust signal coverage up to approximately 1 km.
